Problem with Touch Screen

Hi All,

About two months back I bought P835 PDA. I was facing a problem with touch screen, I was not able to use my mobile as it was not responding at all when touched. I gave twice to service center but it was not resolved. So they gave me a new set but again after using it for about 1 month I am facing same problem with touch screen.
As it is totally touch mobile I am not able to use it at all.
I think it is not problem with one or two PDA. The problem is with the model itself.
Is there anyone who is having same problem? I dont know what would be the fix for this??
What should be the solution for this. Is ASUS going to refund my money or compensate with any other model??? becuase this model is totally useless...
